Print a Loan, Borrow, or Exchange

From the Product menu, select  Loan/Borrow & Exchanges (or from the Products - Inventory group on the main toolbar, click Loan/Borrow).

Current Loan & Borrow Transactions

1. From the toolbar, click ​ and select Loan & Borrow.
2. From the Print Loan/Borrow screen, under the Filter section, choose either All Items (selected by default) or For a single Consultant (if desired, select New page after each Consultant).
   
3. Click   OK  .
4. From the Preview window, click  to print (or  to export as a pdf).

Exchange, or Loan & Borrow History

1. Click on the History tab.
2. From the toolbar, click  and choose Loan & Borrow, or Exchange. If Loan & Borrow is selected, additional options can be chosen from the Print Loan/Borrow screen, as explained above.
3. From the Preview window, click  to print (or  to export as a pdf).
