Files may be uploaded to Main Street by submitting a support request and attaching the needed documents through the request form. The form allows adding a subject, message details, and attachments before submission, and the system notifies support once the request is received.
If necessary, please follow the steps to take a backup from your Boulevard software before continuing.
Submit a Request Ticket and Upload Files:
- Click the Submit a Request link and enter Email (please ensure that you type it correctly).
- Select which Boulevard Platform you use from the drop-down.
- Add a short Subject, then your Name.
- Include your question or issue with as much detail as possible in the Message field.
- Under Attachments, click Choose a file, or drag files and drop them into the Attachments container. Files must be 20 MB or smaller to upload. If your file is larger, please let us know in the message body.
- When finished, click Submit.
The Support Center system will automatically notify us after submitting the request.
