Error Received When Loading a Product Update or Installing Software Release
If you receive the message, "The information saved under My Account Credentials does not match your Main Street account online.", when attempting to load a product update or a software release, it indicates that your email address or password was changed in either Boulevard or on your Main Street account, and they are no longer linked.

Relink from the Online Sync tab in Preferences, as shown below. If you need to change the email address or reset the password on your account, see Updating the Email Address or Password for Your Main Street Account, then Verifying Credentials in Boulevard.
