If you recently installed a new version of Boulevard and received an error message after launching, or if it opens but becomes unresponsive, it may be due to a conflicting version of Microsoft Office installed on your system. Ensure you have completed the steps from the Microsoft Office Bit Version Check before proceeding.
- From the Microsoft Office Bit Version Check file, under the Summary section:
View Sample Image- If 32-bit Office is installed: True, view the What to Do section in the following article: Boulevard Compatibility with Other Microsoft Office Applications.
- If 32-bit Office is installed: False, proceed to the next step.
- From the Office (64-bit registry view) section:
- If Bitness is 64-bit and Access Installed is Both (Full + Runtime), uninstall the Microsoft Access Runtime 365, first. Then, run a Quick Repair on Microsoft 365. When finished, launch Boulevard.
