If you recently installed a new version of Boulevard and received an error message after launching, or if it opens but becomes unresponsive, it may be due to a conflicting version of Microsoft Office installed on your system. Please follow the steps below after you've determined whether you have a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Microsoft Office installed on your computer.
Ensure you have completed the steps from the Microsoft Office Bit Version Check before proceeding.
Use the information obtained in the Microsoft Office Bit Version Check file with the following steps:

If 32-bit Office installed: True
If 32-bit Office is installed: True, view the What to Do section in the following article: Boulevard Compatibility with Other Microsoft Office Applications.
If 32-bit Office installed: False
Step From the Office section: (below Summary)
If Access Installed: is Both (Full + Runtime)
If Access Installed: is Both (Full + Runtime), uninstall the Microsoft Access Runtime 365 (or Access 16 database engine), first. Then, run a Quick Repair on Microsoft 365. When finished, launch Boulevard.
If under Office (32-bit registry view) is Installed: False
If under (Office 32-bit registry view) is Installed: False, download and reinstall Boulevard following Option 2.
If you need further assistance, please Submit a Request, and attach the Microsoft Office Bit Version text file following the steps below.
- Fill out the request form, entering your information, including a message.
- Click the Add file link and navigate to your Desktop.
- Select the MSOBitVersion-YourWindowsUserName.txt text file that was just created, then click Open to attach it.
- Click the Submit button to send it.
