Microsoft Office Bit Version Check
It is not required to have Microsoft Office installed to use the current version of Boulevard. However, if you do have Microsoft Office installed, it must be a 64-bit version (not 32-bit). Follow the steps below to find out if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Microsoft Office installed on your computer.

- If given the choice, please choose to Open or Run; otherwise, select Save. If you weren't given the option to run or where to save the file, locate the OfficeCheck.exe file for the browser you are using to open it. You can press Ctrl + J to view your recently downloaded files, or, from
File Explorer, open your Downloads folder to locate the OfficeCheck.exe file.

From the Summary section:
- If 32-bit Office installed is True, close the pop-up Window and see Boulevard Compatibility with Other Microsoft Office Applications
- If 64-bit Office installed is True, close the pop-up Window and see Boulevard Not Opening from Shortcut.

- Click the Add file link and navigate to your Desktop.
- Select the MSOBitVersion-YourWindowsUserName.txt text file that was just created, then click Open to attach it.
- Click the Submit button to send it.
