Contact Profile Not Saving

Boulevard checks all email fields when saving a profile. If any email is formatted incorrectly, an error indicator appears. Correct or remove the invalid address, then save the profile.

When saving a profile, Boulevard will perform a validation check on all email fields to ensure the format is correct. An error indicator Error will be displayed next to the field if an incorrect format is found (Email 1, Email 2, Partner Email, and Adoptee Director) on the Main or Additional Info tabs of the contact profile. If found, the email address will need to be corrected or removed to save the profile.

Tip:  If you were using the email field for information other than an email address, we suggest using the User Code fields as an alternative.

Note: An email address is not required to add a card to Stripe. However, if information is saved in the Email 1 field, it must be correctly formatted (i.e. emailaddress@domain.com). Either correct the format or remove the email address entirely to proceed with adding card information for the customer.
