Contact Profile Not Saving
When saving a profile, Boulevard will perform a validation check on all email fields (Email 1, Email 2, Partner Email, and Adoptee Director) to ensure the format is correct. An error indicator will be displayed if an incorrect format is found. You can check for incorrectly formatted email addresses on the Main tab as shown below (for Email 1 or Email 2 fields), or the Additional Info tab (for the Partner email field). If found, the email address will need to be corrected or removed to save the profile.
Tip: If you were using the email field for information other than an email address, we suggest using the User Code fields as an alternative.
