This error can occur when importing orders using the Direct Ship fulfillment method and the selected date range includes dates that occur before the launch of the new myCustomers / My Shop site.
When importing orders with Direct Ship as the Fulfillment Method, use a date range no earlier than:
- US
December 17, 2025
- CA
July 7, 2026
Orders with the My Inventory Fulfillment Method can be imported using date ranges prior to these dates.
