Setup File Blocked using Edge Browser

If Microsoft Edge blocks the Boulevard setup file and displays a “This app might harm your device” warning, the file can still be downloaded by choosing to keep it. Edge provides an option in the Downloads panel to override the warning so the installer can run. Once the file is kept, you can proceed with the installation as usual.

1. From the upper-right corner of your browser, click the Downloads notification icon.
2. From the Downloads pop-up, click .... 
3. From the drop-down menu, choose Keep.
4. From the This app might harm your device pop-up, click Show More.
5. Click the Keep anyway link, then click on the setup.exe link to run the installation wizard.
