The Products tab displays a complete history of items a client has received, including sales, samples, gifts, and returns, with details such as description, date, type, quantity, and category. The list can be searched, sorted, printed, or used to start a new invoice for reorders or returns by selecting past items and launching an invoice with those products prefilled.
Tip: Click on any column headers (such as Group) to temporarily sort by that column.
- (1) Search: Search the description field to find an item
- (2) Description: The name of the item
- (3) Date: The date of the invoice (sorted by default)
- (4) Type: Options include Sale (default), Sample, Gift, or Return
- (5) Qty: The number of items included on the invoice for that date
- (6) Group: The type of product
- (7) Category: The current location where the item is saved in the product list
- (8) Day Code: Designed to track the manufacturing date of the product using its day code; however, this field is free-form and can serve various purposes, allowing for up to 8 characters. It will be displayed on the invoice (or can be hidden by disabling the option from Preferences).
