The Additional Info tab includes user‑defined codes for grouping contacts, partner details such as name, phone, email, and birthday, and other fields including Contact Type 1, Contact Type 2, Occupation, Referred By, and Connected To. These fields help organize, categorize, and link contacts for filtering, reporting, and tracking relationships across the customer, address, and unit lists.
Tip: Click ... to change field information for all profiles at one time (to correct misspellings, etc.). Begin typing to choose from a previously added entry or click
to select from the options listed.
- (1): User 1, User 2, User 3, User 4, and User 5 allow you to create custom groups and filter based on the information.
- (2): Partner information including First, Last, Phone, Email, Relationship, and Birthday information can be saved for the contact.
- (3): Other information including Contact Type 1, Contact Type 2, Occupation, Referred By, and Connected To can be saved for the contact (Adoptee Director information is also included for consultant profiles).
