Export a Product Order from Boulevard to InTouch®

Exporting a product order to InTouch lets Boulevard send your selected items directly into an InTouch shopping bag, using matching part numbers to place the order.

Create an inventory order based on your Ideal amounts, by manually adding items, or from your Past Sales. When finished, this order can be exported to InTouch.

Important Note: US Specific This feature is only available in the U.S., as the order-by-part-number feature is unavailable in other countries. The InTouch website is continually changing. Before importing, please ensure you have installed the current software release.

From the main toolbar, select Inventory Orders Orders (or from the Product menu, select Inventory Order)

  1. In the Inventory Order form, click New button New, then select Order to open a new order.
  2. After adding all items to the order, click Export Export.
  3. Once the InTouch website launches, enter your consultant number and password to log in.
  4. From the top of the Order Export window, click Begin Transfer Begin Transfer.
  5. Items from your Boulevard order that match the part numbers of those available for purchase will be automatically transferred to your order and included in your shopping bag. Products that are out-of-stock or have different part numbers will not be added. Ensure all expected items are included by comparing the Qty total from Boulevard with the item count in your shopping bag and the retail totals during checkout.
  6. Finish the InTouch checkout process, then close the Order Export tab.
  7. Ensure that the order totals balance, click Save button Save, then set the order status as Placed
