Edit Physical Count Directly On the Product List
Editing physical counts directly in the Product List provides a quick way to update On Hand quantities. Your changes save automatically as soon as you move to another field in the Default, Worksheet, or Inventory views. Use this method for fast adjustments, routine quantity checks, or when completing a full inventory count.
The wholesale amount is calculated based on the Default Discount percentage in Inventory Orders Settings (Product menu > Inventory Order > Settings). Ensure that the correct discount percentage is set before continuing.
From the main toolbar, select 
Inventory (or from the Product menu, select Product List).
If you would like to clear your current On Hand amounts first, see Clear On Hand Inventory Amounts before proceeding.
- Search for the item using the Find Panel if necessary.
- Click in the field of the On Hand column of the item and change it to the correct amount. When tabbing or arrowing to a different field, the new amount will automatically be saved.

- If your On Hand amounts are accurate, and you need to adjust the wholesale amount for an individual item, open the Product Profile, then click Edit Count.
