Boulevard 2026 New Features
Below are the new features, enhancements, and other changes included in the Boulevard 2026 version.
If you haven’t installed the new version, please follow the installation steps for the latest release.

New Features & Improvements
- The application has been updated to use a newer Windows technology, transitioned from .NET 4.8 to .NET 8, and converted from a 32-bit to a 64-bit application for increased performance and security. That's a lot of techno-jargon, but in a nutshell, it's a big deal! 😁️ Please see Microsoft Office Bit Version Check for more information.

Added the ability to Merge contact profiles from either the Contact Search form or Contact Profile. View Article

Added the ability to apply a Flat amount line item discount on invoices (previously, only percent discounts could be applied to individual items, and the Flat amount could only be applied to the entire invoice). View Article

The Gross Receipts report has been updated to show only Invoice Types with an amount greater than zero (hiding unused invoice types). The Discounts section now displays Retail Gifts Given and Discounts separately. View Article

Updated the SMTP from Basic Authentication to Modern Authentication for Microsoft Email accounts (applicable to those using email addresses such as outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, and msn.com) that want to utilize sending email through Boulevard (including invoices). View Article
Fixes & Additional Changes
- If your Main Street account credentials do not match those stored in your Boulevard software, a prompt to update your credentials will be displayed when you initially open the software or attempt to load a product update. The prompt can be disabled from the Check for available software releases option under the My Account Credentials section in Preferences. View
- When restoring a newer backup in a previously released version of Boulevard, a message box will appear prompting installation of the current service release. View
- Made adjustments to Exporting an Inventory Order for the change Mary Kay made to the order-by-part-number page.
- Increased the Referred By field on the contact profile to allow up to 51 characters.
- Formula fields on the Main tab of the customer profile allow only 25 characters to be entered in the field, ensuring the profile can be saved successfully.
- The Description column on both inventory orders and invoices has been widened to allow the item description to be viewed fully using the description search field.
- The Description field for the Product Purchases report has been increased to 51 characters to accommodate Direct Ship invoices where the customer's first and last name use the maximum number of characters (25 for each field).
- Added Zoom in and Zoom Out buttons to the Document Builder toolbar (will appear after importing a document). View
- Activity Level T6 is now calculated based on 11 months of qualifying production, and Former Consultant is based on 12 months.
- New consultants who are former consultants with production will now be displayed with an Activity Level of N1, N2, or N3. Production before the new MK Anniversary date will no longer be included in the calculation of the Activity Level.
- Added another filter under the Termination section in the Activity Level filters on the sidebar, called Unknown (can also be viewed by adding the Activity Level column to the grid), for those that do not have a date saved in the MK Anniversary field. View
- The Move function on the Unit List toolbar has been renamed to Update, and a new function has been added to update the Unit Number for multiple contacts simultaneously. View Article
- Text has been added to the toolbar buttons in Credit Receivables for clarity. View
- When selecting the List button on an Inventory Order, the filter issue for categories with both retail and supplies was corrected, preventing duplicate quantities from being added to the order. View

Company address information has been updated on the GST/PST Rebate report. - Removed the extra blank page included in the Summary of Expenses report.
- When an older part number is merged into a newer one, the printed Product Order report displays the latest part number and description. If a product is deleted from the product list, the part number field will be blank, but the description information will be retained.
- Reduced the margins from .75" to .35" for the Inventory view on the Product List to allow more viewable space.
- The QR Code Generator preview window has been reduced in size.
- The filter label for the Customer Statement of Account report has been corrected to Include Inactive.
- The New Year total on the Weekly Accomplishment Sheet has been corrected to include the sum of This Week's Total and Year-to-Date Total for the Dovetail/Other/GC Sold field.
