Boulevard 2025 New Features & Enhancements

- Note: The API requirements for Google have been updated. If you back up Boulevard using Google Drive or send email through Boulevard using Gmail, you will need to re-authorize the integration.
New Features
Simplified Main Toolbar
A Simplified main toolbar has been added, and includes the option to compress. Quickly access the features you use the most!

Top Sales Summary View
The Customer List now has a Top Sales Summary view. This feature can be helpful when planning open house events, deciding which customers to include in the next preferred customer registration, and more. You can print the information as a report, mailing labels, send an email, or save the group as a list in the List Builder.
Image Gallery added to the Document Builder
We've added the ability to import images from our gallery into the Document Builder using the right-click menu! We're all ears for your bright ideas for fresh documents or dazzling images. So don't hesitate to let your creativity flow. Post them in the Community section!
Enhancements
Expand the sections below to view additional changes included in Boulevard 2025.
- Re-incorporated and improved the Export feature from the inventory order toolbar to utilize the order-by-part number function on the new InTouch® website.
- / Made the necessary changes to import inventory orders using Option 1: Automatic method
- Made the necessary changes to import inventory orders using Option 2: Copy/Paste from the new Order Status page.
- Added a search field and category column header collapse button to the inventory order's Fill Order form (List button). View
- Apply a partial discount percent to Product Sales Events. View
- Items purchased as part of a special company promotion with a discount different than the default will be included in both the Other discounts under Breakdown and in the Section Totals. View
- Widened the Split Set form to view all information about each item more easily.
- We have added an Insert option to the Right-Click menu on the invoice grid. This option allows you to insert a product between already-added items.
- Enter up to 8 characters in the Day Code field, which will now be displayed to the left of the Qty field on the printed invoice. View the Sample Invoice, which shows the field used to indicate a monthly special. The freeform field can be used for anything! (back ordered item, day code, etc.). View
- Removed the word check (or cheque) from the Paid by label printed on the invoice when text is added to the Check Number field. You can add up to 6 characters to be displayed as Paid by XXXXXX. Example: Paid by Venmo. View
- To allow for more information to be displayed and conserve vertical space, margins have been reduced from .5 inches to .35 inches (1.27 cm to .889 cm).
- Footer images will now be displayed directly below the note or invoice information if a note is not displayed and not anchored to the bottom of the page.
- When invoices span multiple pages, only the first page will display the images at the top, and only the last page will display the totals and Standard Note and footer images. View
- Removed the Add Shipping to Product Order checkbox and narrowed the Shipping and Section 2 Tax fields on Direct Ship and Guest Checkout Invoices.
- Widened the Fill Collection form to make viewing the product description and on-hand amount easier. View
- Updated the discount type terminology from Native Indian to Indigenous Peoples.
- When using the Contact Search form and adding a new contact, the phone and email address fields have been added to the New Contact pop-up. View
- When moving a contact to the Unit List, the Unit Number from the Business Info tab in Preferences will automatically be added to their contact profile to make it easier to locate the profile. View
- Made the necessary changes to import production, customers, and consultants from the new InTouch® website.
- The toolbar button image has been changed from to and the drop-down menu has been removed. It still opens the same form with the option to print, export as WAS file, or email, with the Print option enabled by default. View
- A quick access button that launches the Seminar Year tab in Preferences has been added to the WAS Settings form, and changed the option to Include Business Supplies / Personal Use in Sales Total. View
- When editing an invoice, the My WAS form will automatically close (if open) to prevent database concurrency issues.
Additional Enhancements:
- If Show Dashboard at startup is enabled, the Dashboard tab will be in focus when opening Boulevard. View
- When applicable, the customer's name and Invoice number will be included with Expense entries associated with Credit card processing fees. View
- Added the option for Credit Receivable notifications in Application Settings. If enabled, when there are outstanding transactions in Credit Receivables, an alert will be displayed when opening Boulevard. View
- Added a print Single Label option for all contact lists under the Print button. When printing only one label, you can select Mailing Labels to print on a sheet or select Single Label to print to a Dymo label printer. View
- The Views drop-down on the toolbars for the various contacts and product lists has been relabeled as View Options for better clarity. The view drop-down has also been widened to allow more of the view title to be visible.
- The Invoice Log toolbar is now similar to what is used on other lists throughout the application.
- Stored various additional settings that will transfer when installing a new software release.
- Added a Reset to Default button on the Backup tab in Preferences to easily reset to the default location. And if the backup process fails, it will prompt to ask if you want to go to Preferences to update your backup settings.
Fixes:
- Adjusted the lists to accommodate different screen resolutions, which affected those who could not view items/contacts at the bottom portion of the lists (Customer, Address, Unit, and Product List).
- Corrected the issue for some scenarios where GST was displayed in the PST/QST/HST column on the printed Weekly Accomplishment Sheet (on-screen displayed correctly).
- Corrected the issue where PST was continually added to the PST field on the Weekly Accomplishment Sheet each time the invoice was edited.
- Corrected the footer total if the Section 2 Gifts column is added to the view in the Invoice Log. View
