The Customer, Address, and Unit list toolbars provide quick access to features such as creating new profiles, printing reports or labels, sending email, adding entries to the Contact Log, and exporting profile information. These toolbars also include options for filtering, sorting, and saving custom groups to the List Builder for organizing and working with contacts more efficiently.
When hovering over each button in Boulevard, additional tips will display. Below you will find information about each.
Customer & Address List Toolbars

Views

Column Chooser: Add profile fields to the current view displayed. -
View Options: Choose to create New, Reset, Import, or Delete a view (Default views cannot be deleted).
Profile

New: Add a new profile to the list. -
Edit: Opens the selected contact. -
History: Drop-down options include Product, Invoice, and Contact Log (Displayed on the Customer and Address List toolbars only.)

Invoice: Launch a new invoice for the selected contact. -
Payment: Post a payment for the selected; if multiple contacts are selected, account balances for all selected contacts will be cleared.
Activity
This section is displayed on the Unit List toolbar only.

Import: Various import functions, including production and consultants from InTouch, as well as Weekly Accomplishment files. -
Production: View consultant production for your team, unit, or offspring units. -
Sales: View Weekly Recap (Accomplishment) Sheets for your team or unit. For information on importing, see Import Weekly Accomplishment Sheets (WAS). -
Recognition: Create and view summarized sales, production, and weekly accomplishment information for consultants.
Communicate

Print: Print the current view as a report or mailing labels for the selected contacts. -
Email: Begin an email for the selected contact. If multiple contacts are selected, a group email will be launched. -
Log Entry: Create a new contact log entry for the selected contact. If multiple contacts are selected, an identical Contact Log Entry will be created for each one. -
Sales Event: Select a current promotion previously created in Sales Events to initiate a group email to the specified contacts. (Displayed on the Customer and Address List toolbars only.)

Copy: Copies various information for the selected contacts.
Filter - Group

Clear Filters: Clears all filters set. -
List Builder: Add the selected contacts to a new or existing List Builder list.
Settings

Move: Change multiple contacts' status to either active/inactive or move to a different list (Displayed on the Customer and Address List toolbars only.)

Update: Change the Unit number for multiple contacts, set their status as either active or inactive, or move them to the Address or Customer Lists (Displayed on the Unit List toolbar only.)

Delete: Moves the selected contacts to the recycle bin in Boulevard.
